Todd Sears is Vice President of Finance for Herman & Kittle Properties in Indianapolis. He has been the Executive Vice President of the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, a Deputy Director for the Indiana Housing Finance Authority, and an appraiser with Arthur Andersen, and has worked in real estate lending. Mr. Sears currently serves as an Associate Fellow at the Sagamore Institute for Policy Research (www.sipr.org) and as a board member of the Coalition for Homelessness Intervention and Prevention in Indianapolis (www.chipindy.org). He graduated from Indiana University and completed a Masters in Economics in 2002. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
